How can I rightfully get the other half of my storage without paying a dime?In a nutshell, I'm a white female basically being bullied by the manager at Life storage in Georgia. I've spoken with a Monica that's over his store, but she's nothing short of a patronizing and condescending woman whom is lying to me about the only way I can tell the Main headquarters, and I mean I want to go to the very top person but she won't give me names or phone numbers.
Telling me that I have to relay a message through her, to give them. That's some outright *** and the way I've been treated, and all I've seen at my location, I'm so livid that I'll go on every social media, every review, report to BBB. Illegal stuff going on. My bill went from should have been 0.00 since I was moving out on the 6th.
This morning I call Monica and she's going to tell me I owe almost 300.00. I'm loosing everything, new car, my new apartment, everything from things out of my control.
Due to the virus is there anyway I can get a discount?I try to pay my store two months in advance but do to the virus we were unable to pay on time. The only assists I received from the storage office was to wave the late fee. It would be REASONABLE to pay the $28 fee that is advertised for the 5x10.

I have two units,under my name. My exboyfriend was on accounts but after this last run in,I took him off the account.
He told me last night he went to units and got his belongings. I need to know if there is anything that can be done in this case. I have a restraining order against this man and I spoke to Rose at Broussard location to let her know Mike is not to have access to keypad pin and my units. That we were going to court in March.
This man has done everything imaginable to me and my children. I have texts when he told me he was at units.
What can be done. Should I file a report with Lafayette Police Department?

I was told I could get a daily rate for this month because I will only be using my unit until the 5th, but since I have automatic payments it charged me and they say they can't refund me. Will you be able to refund me or will I have to call my credit card company? Jennifer Lawrance
